Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using OnlyPoints ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

OnlyPoints is a personal video editing tool that removes downtime from tennis match videos. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to process content you do not own or have rights to
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or trial limitations

Subscriptions & Billing

OnlyPoints offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) via Apple's in-app purchase system. By subscribing:

• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free Trial

New users may be offered a limited free trial. At the end of the trial period, a subscription is required to continue processing videos. Trial eligibility is determined at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is owned by Shanifer Seit, the individual developer of OnlyPoints, and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any videos you process through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shanifer Seit (the individual developer of OnlyPoints) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlyPoints operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
